walked off as America's top dog Tuesday night, winning best in show at
the Westminster Kennel Club. Way to go Joe !

- 4,200 people are on board.
- No running water, no air conditioning and long lines for food.
- The ship has drifted about 90 miles north because of strong currents.
- Passenger Debra Rightmire texted to ABC News: "Conditions are getting worse by the hour. Cabin carpets are wet with urine and water. Toilets are overflowing inside cabins. We are having to sleep in the hallways. Onion and cucumber sandwich last night."
- Many people are sleeping in tents set up on the ship's deck.
- There's no refrigeration so the stink on board is apparently intense, which is one of the reasons many people are choosing to sleep on the deck.
- One passenger texted: "We stood in line for four hours to get a hamburger."
- Cellphone reception is scarce, coming only when another Carnival ship pulls alongside to drop off supplies.
- The ship, which is 2.5 football fields long and bigger than the Titanic, will then be towed back to shore by two tugboats at the rate of a few miles per hour.
- Husband Brent Nutt said that his wife, Bethany, who is on board, called him to say the plumbing wasn't working on the ship. "She said there's no running water. They just really got food there to them tonight, and there's no power whatsoever, other than the emergency flasher lights that are on," he said Monday. "She was crying and hysterical."
- At one point Sunday, passengers were reportedly using buckets to relieve themselves.
We got an e-mail from....let's just call him "David". He is IRATE because his wife posted this as her profile picture on Facebook. He claims: "she posted this 30 minutes after our fight last night and the only reason she did it is to get back at me."
We think he's out of his mind. But tell us what yall think!
(share your thoughts...hit 'COMMENT' on the bottom left underneath the picture and let me know!)
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to STARVE the cancer cells by not feeding it with foods it needs to multiple.
What cancer cells feed on:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Note: Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells will starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes t o nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.
To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water--best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines will become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor.
Anger, unforgiving and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

This 16-year-old girl has had severe cerebral palsy and brain damage since birth. Her dream was to meet George Strait! So after his concert in Oklahoma City last month, he took time to talk with her. The Father wrote a letter about the sweet meeting here:
"This story started in 2006, 7 years ago after my wife and I heard about George Strait coming to town, our now 16 year old daughter Angel whom has severe cerebral palsey and brain damage from birth cant walk or talk and also gets fed thru a feeding tube. There really isnt alot that Angel can do but watch tv and listen to music. So I tought Id try getting in touch with Mr. Straits management in Nashville and I did, they sent Angel and our family tickets to his show in 2006 and Mr. Strait sent Angel a beautiful personalized autographed picture, but she didnt get to meet him at that time. All I know is that Angel really seems to LOVE watching George Strait in the movie Pure Country, I bet her mother and I have watched that movie with her 500 times in her 16 years on this earth, whenever she sees Mr. Strait or hears him in that movie, her eyes brighten up, she smiles from ear to ear and she starts talking, it maybe jibberish, but she is talking to Mr. Strait about something.Anyway I guess what they say about the 3rd time being the charm worked, because this time, Angel and our family were George Straits invited personal guest to his Cowboy Rides Away Concert in Oklahoma City, we received floor tickets to the show plus Angel got to go back stage and hangout with Mr. Strait for a few before the show. They say good things come to those who wait, and Honestly I believe that is true, George Strait may not be touring anymore after 2014 but he is leaving the music industry just as he came into it a Class Act, a Decent, Honorable Person, he and his management took a dream that was 7 years in the making and made it a reality for my Daughter Angel and for that my wife and I shall always be Greatful !On Saturday Night January the 19th, at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in dowtown Oklahoma City, a King met an Angel!!!"

The U.S. Postal Service is discontinuing delivery of first class mail on Saturdays by August 1. Priority mail and packages will still be delivered six days a week.
The move is expected to save the financially struggling USPS around $2 billion annually.
While delivery of traditional mail has declined steadily, shipment of packages has risen by 14 percent since 2010, the Associate Press reports.
The agency will formally announce plans during a Wednesday press conference.

FROM TMZ:
"Honey Boo Boo" star Mama June tells TMZ ... she's dropped more than 100 POUNDS in the past 2 years -- and claims she did it all WITHOUT DIETING OR A GYM!
The TLC reality superstar says she weighed in at 365 lbs when she first starting taping the show back in January 2011 ... but has since slimmed all the way down to a trim 263 lbs.
So what's her secret? June says she credits the whole thing to her active production schedule ... because she sure as hell hasn't cut back on the 'sketti, Ramen noodles and cheese puffs.
"I haven't done any surgeries ... no diet pills ... never went to the gym," June says ... "but with the show I've been more active."
She continues, "They have me running around and going different places ... I guess it's paying off."
